Resolve to exfoliate and moisturise your hands and feet. At night before you go to bed, scrub and wash your hands and feet, then apply some petroleum jelly on them. Massage it into your skin. Wear cotton socks to prevent the product being wiped off. And next morning delight in the visible, tangible softness of your feet.

Never forget the sunscreen

Keep a check on what you are eating
